Brendan Reeves will return to Sydney International Dragway today for round 2 of the 2019/20 Whiteline Twilight Tarmac Rallysprint series.

At round 1 last month, Brendan finished 8th outright and second in the 2WD class in the Hyundai i30N Targa car - his best result to date.

Round 2 of the series looks like being a real challenge with 31C forecast during the day.  Brendan expects times on the first two runs of the course to be slower, making the night runs super important.  A cumulative time from the best three runs by each competitor will determine the eventual winner.

Now in its fourth season, the Whiteline Twilight Tarmac Rallysprint series is organised by the North Shore Sporting Car Club and attracts around 80 entries.  The five-round series is contested over a 3.5 kilometre track and provides a fantastic opportunity for Hyundai and N Performance to put their vehicles to the test.

This year, Hyundai have committed to training fifteen juniors throughout the series with the assistance of Brendan (driver training), Dale Moscatt (co-driver training) and Aaron Wishart, who will film each of the drivers as part of a video package.  Each of the junior participants gets to compete in the Hyundai i30 fastback N and test themselves against their more experienced competitors.

Brendan will contest all five rounds of the series, with Aaron Wishart calling the pace notes.
