Brendan tests Australia's first Hyundai i20 R5 rally car

Brendan spent a day in Tasmania this week testing a brand new Hyundai i20 R5 rally car alongside Hayden Paddon.

The car, the first Hyundai R5 rally car in Australia, is owned by the Tasmanian-based Walkem Motorsport team.

 

Paddon, a former World Rally Championship driver for Hyundai Motorsport, will drive the car in the Eureka Rally in Ballarat in August, whilst Marcus Walkem will drive the car in Subaru Rally Tasmania in June. Brendan is also hoping to drive the car in an event later this year.
