Successful end of season beckons for Brendan

After a very successful Rally Australia, where he finished second outright and took a win and two second places from the three legs, Brendan has moved to fourth on the ECB Australian Rally Championship (ARC) points table.

 

Just one round of the ARC remains for 2013, Rally Victoria, which will be based at Warragul on November 15 and 16. Before that, though, Brendan and his co-driving sister, Rhianon Smyth, will contest the final round of the Rally America Series, the Lake Superior Performance Rally (LSPR).

With four wins from four starts in America, Brendan needs a victory in the final round to secure the American 2WD championship title after not entering the first two rounds. LSPR, to be held on October 18 and 19, is set to be a showdown between Brendan and his main rival, Andrew Comrie-Pickard.
