Brendan attend's 2012 ARC launch

Brendan and Rhianon spent Tuesday of this week at the official launch of the 2012 Australian Rally Championship (ARC) at Calder Park in Melbourne.

Representing Rallyschool.com.au, Brendan’s role was to give driving instruction to the hosts of One HD’s motorsport program, RPM, Daryl Beattie and Craig Baird.

 

Brendan took each of his pupils individually around the 5km course which will be used a stage in the opening round of the 2012 ARC, instructing them on the best driving techniques.

 

It was then the turn of Beattie and Baird to put their new skills to the test, and each driver was timed as he completed the course. The winner will be announced when the program is aired on RPM.

As well as performing his official duties for the day, Brendan, and Rhianon, were interviewed by RPM for an upcoming program.

The day also provided a great opportunity for Brendan and Rhianon to meet many of their supporters who had come to Calder Park.

Brendan will spend the remaining couple of days juggling work and finishing the preparations on his Subaru WRX before heading to Coffs Harbour on Saturday ahead of next week’s Rally Australia.
