Brendo well placed at Rally Queensland
Brendo and Rhianon are on track for a great result in the International Rally of Queensland after finishing today's Heat 1 in fourth place.

Today's eight stages around Imbil on Queensland's Sunshine Coast, were held in fine, dry conditions, a pleasant change from the rain that crews had to contend with in the lead up to the event.

Brendo's goal for this weekend is to put in a good performance and earn a place in the Pirelli Star Driver Global Qualifying Shootout to be held in Europe later in the year.  He is also aiming to gain maximum points in the Pacific Cup, a three-event series held in conjunction with this year's Asia Pacific Championship. After today's fine performance, he is well placed to achieve both these goals.

Heat 2 of Rally Queensland kicks off tomorrow (Sunday) morning at 8.25am.  Crews will contest a further eight competitive stages before the podium presentation takes place later in the afternoon.
