Welcome to Brendan Reeves' website |
|
Brendan Reeves is a young man with a big future. At just 20 years of age, Brendan has competed in Repco Rally New Zealand, a round of the World Rally Championship, where he finished 1st Outright 2WD and 25th overall, driving a front wheel drive Ford Fiesta. In 2009, Brendan is focusing on participating in as many pace noted events as possible and adding to his already impressive rallying CV.
During the 2007 NEC Australian Rally Championship, whilst driving a left hand drive Subaru Impreza STI, Brendan impressed many with his results. After finishing 3rd outright in his first ARC event, coates Rally Queensland, (at 18 years of age!), Brendan, and co-driving sister, Rhianon Smyth, finished in the top ten in every round of the Series.
Brendan has competed in a vast range of events - both gravel and tarmac - with excellent results. He drove a Mazda3 MPS for Mazda Motorsport in the 2009 Targa Tasmania where he finished third outright and first 2WD in the Showroom class. At the recent Rally of Queensland, Brendan took out the title of Australia's Pirelli Star Driver which now gives him the opportunity to compete against other winners from New Zealand and Asia at Repco Rally Australia in September. The winner will receive a fully-funded drive in six rounds of the 2010 Production World Rally Championship.
